Utility: Knife highly used by butchers to chop, to cut with strokes (ax), slicing due to its particular shape, German butcher knife has a curving edge and a straight back.
The curved shape lets the user to concentrate the force, making cutting easier. This knife can chop as well as pick and slice. Straight back blade allows you to use both hands (one on the handle and the other on the blade) thus increasing the capacity and precision.

The tang of the knife is not fully covered by the propylene handle. It is covered up to 75% of them, long enough to avoid breaking the handle when the knife hits the ground by falls.
Other features: stainless steel knife made up 0.6% Carbon, 14% Chromium, 0.5% Molybdenum and 0.15% Vanadium. It is a knife which the manufacturing process (stamping, machining hardened) provides high strength, ductility and toughness.
